- Lead facility operations for production, quality, EHS, and KPIs
- Implement techniques for productivity, yield, and quality improvement
- Troubleshoot internal quality issues and execute corrective actions
- Investigate customer complaints and implement root cause solutions
- Recommend and drive process improvements for products
- Support R&D with product introductions, scale-up, and material acquisition
- Lead projects focused on enhancing quality and productivity
- Manage non-production facility issues and liaise with the local Works Council
