Anforderungen

• •Completed vocational training in construction trades, technical fields, or degree in Facility Management
• •3–5 years of professional experience in facility management
• •Experience with stakeholder management
• •Experience managing external suppliers and follow-up on contractual obligations
• •Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
• •Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
• •Effective communication and collaboration across teams
• •Strong analytical thinking, pragmatic and solution-oriented
• •Resilience and adaptability

Aufgaben

• •Plan and manage facility investments across the multi-brand store portfolio
• •Ensure asset lifetime aligns with evolving business needs
• •Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards
• •Monitor and analyze cost performance, tracking actual costs versus budgeted amounts
• •Provide regular forecasts and drive cost-effective solutions
• •Act as a service provider to internal stakeholders, ensuring high-quality support
• •Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
• •Work closely with the local Sales Market C&F Manager and other C&F Specialists
• •Implement the market facility strategy and translate it into operational actions
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
• •Turn business needs into effective facility plans
