- Knowledge and experience in building services engineering, such as HVAC systems, fire alarm systems, security systems, building management systems, and conveyor technology
- Experience handling process-relevant equipment in a warehouse environment
- Very good communication skills and respectful approach when working with colleagues, service providers, and tradespeople
- Strong organizational skills, independent working style, and flexibility in working hours
Aufgaben
- Maintain and service conveyor and material-handling systems
- Perform maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on building services systems
- Troubleshoot faults in heating systems, elevators, and air conditioning
- Act as a point of contact for external service providers
- Carry out minor repairs independently
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical faults
- Coordinate repairs with equipment suppliers when necessary
