- Demonstrated ability to simplify technical ESG data, financial reports, and business milestones into compelling narratives
- Experience acting as first responder during reputational challenges
- Drafting holding statements under tight deadlines
- Strong multilingual capabilities with cultural sensitivity
- Adapt global messaging for local audiences
- Fluent in English and German
- French and Spanish are an advantage
- Practical experience with PR technology platforms
- Understanding of how social media influences news cycle
Aufgaben
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers
- Write press releases and pitch stories
- Act as primary point of contact for media inquiries
- Translate complex business goals into compelling public narratives
- Adapt company’s core story to local market dynamics and values
- Maintain brand consistency in external communications
- Serve as core member of Crisis Response Team
- Monitor reputational risks and develop rapid-response messaging
- Draft holding statements and manage narratives to minimize brand impact
- Oversee external-facing content, including annual reports
- Translate complex sustainability data into compelling stories
- Communicate ESG milestones to investors, regulators, and the public
