- Proposal writing experience strongly preferred (not mandatory)
- EU project implementation/coordination experience highly valued
- Aerospace, defence, engineering, or similar background is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills
- Fluent English
- Comfortable in international, multi-partner environments
Aufgaben
- Support clients in acquiring EU-funded projects
- Implement EU-funded projects in defence and aviation
- Lead EU proposal writing for EDF, Clean Aviation, Horizon Europe
- Manage EU-funded projects during implementation
- Coordinate and build international consortia
- Advise clients on EU funding strategy and positioning
- Analyse work programmes, call texts, and policy developments
- Manage proposal and project workflows
- Support partner search and stakeholder engagement
- Contribute to client relationships and business development
