- Define, develop, negotiate, implement, and review Global Own Brand Range performance
- Align with country subsidiaries to harmonize product range
- Maximize product range potential
- Coordinate global cross-functional teams through Own Brand process
- Analyze and compare RFQ inputs from suppliers
- Negotiate the best quality/price ratio
- Negotiate global service contracts
- Deliver conditions against services designed with country strategies
