Aufgaben
- Analyze industries and emerging trends in the consulting sector
- Manage relationships with M&A advisors and potential partners
- Develop and track a pipeline of qualified acquisition leads
- Identify potential partnerships and joint ventures
- Lead preliminary discussions with target companies and their advisors
- Create financial analyses, forecasts, and valuation models
- Prepare investment proposals and presentation materials
- Support transaction activities and due diligence coordination
- Contribute to negotiations and deal structure development
- Coordinate external advisors and internal group functions
- Design actionable integration plans with internal teams
- Steer cross-functional teams for integration efforts
- Monitor integration milestones
- Ensure cross-functional alignment among stakeholders
