• •Relevant experience in production controlling
• •Literacy in MS Office and SAP
• •Project management skills
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills

• •Great command of English

Aufgaben

• •Develop and harmonize global production controlling guidelines
• •Implement standardized controlling processes across the organization
• •Ensure accurate product cost calculations for forecasting
• •Align methodologies with the Business Partner organization
• •Standardize reporting structures at local and consolidated levels
• •Analyze production data to support executive decision-making
• •Provide guidance to production, logistics, and controlling teams
• •Advise local and global stakeholders on controlling matters
• •Support key users with SAP and planning systems
• •Define system requirements for data and demand management
• •Evaluate change requests and deliver user training
• •Design training programs for production controlling
• •Promote knowledge sharing across the finance community
