Anforderungen
- Academic degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics, or comparable qualification
- Expert experience in analog/mixed-signal high-voltage, high-power ASIC design in automotive domain
- Long-term experience with analog-on-top simulation environments and mixed-signal verification
- Strong knowledge of BCD technologies
- Knowledge of functional safety and reliability engineering
- Proven track record of tape-outs and successful silicon validation
- Exposure to EMC/ESD design and robustness testing
- Strong understanding of analog circuit theory and physical layout considerations
- Familiarity with automotive-grade design constraints and qualification processes
- Very good English language skills (written and spoken)
Aufgaben
- Act as technical authority for analog and mixed-signal ASIC development
- Guide high-voltage automotive products from concept to qualification
- Own chip-level architecture and design trade-offs
- Lead analog block definition and implementation in BCD technologies
- Translate system and customer requirements into specifications
- Identify risks and verification needs early
- Represent analog design in technical negotiations
- Drive analog-on-top and chip-level integration
- Ensure consistency across schematics, verification, layout, constraints, and validation
- Review and approve critical design concepts and simulation strategies
- Review and approve robustness analyses, layout implementation, and validation plans
- Review and approve issue resolutions
- Improve analog design methodologies and reusable approaches
- Develop best practices, checklists, and knowledge assets
- Mentor engineers and transfer knowledge
- Raise design maturity and strengthen analog design capability
- Contribute to strategic technical decisions and project recovery
- Contribute to roadmaps, hiring, and competency development
