Anforderungen
- PhD or Postdoc in AMO physics
- Strong hands-on experience building or operating neutral-atom platform or comparable hardware
- Strong experimental instincts in systematic debugging and performance optimization
- Ability to take ownership of complex physical systems independently
- Excellent analytical skills and comfort with experimental data
- Track record of peer-reviewed publications in AMO physics or quantum information
- Proficiency in experiment control, data acquisition, or data analysis (Python preferred)
- Research background in optical tweezer arrays, optical lattices, Rydberg atoms, two-valence-electron atoms, atomic clocks, atomic interferometers, or quantum computation with atoms
- Experience with ultra-high vacuum (UHV) systems and precision laser setups
- Familiarity with real-time experiment control and data acquisition frameworks (e.g. ARTIQ, LabVIEW, or custom Python-based stacks)
- Experience transitioning research setups into robust, reproducible systems
- Prior experience in industrial or startup environment
- Passion for pushing frontiers of experimental AMO physics
- Rigorous and detail-oriented, enjoying systematic diagnosis of noise and error
- Thrives in collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment
- Motivation for turning fundamental physics into working quantum hardware
