Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline
- At least 6 years relevant semiconductor engineering design experience (Design, Fab, packaging, test)
- Knowledge of process technology and packaging technology
- Effective cross-functional teamwork and gatekeeping for product quality and performance targets
- Extensive product engineering experience in semiconductor industry, RF experience preferred
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills, data utilization for decision making
- Integration across technical disciplines and organizations
Aufgaben
- Plan and organize technical work for product engineering
- Lead and direct product engineering activities
- Help customers transition products from prototyping to production
- Coordinate engineering activities from concept to production
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts
- Research and recommend new products, processes, materials, and technologies
- Implement or improve existing products and processes
- Collaborate with IP design, NPI, DFT, and Test development teams
- Ensure customer requirements are met
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop new products
- Maintain product quality and meet delivery timelines
- Evaluate product requirements and identify potential risks
- Review product and process designs
- Participate in change management across the value chain
- Ensure timely and proper implementation of requirements
- Work with suppliers to ensure product quality and performance
- Resolve production issues with supply partners and internal teams
- Provide technical support for IC design, wafer sort, packaging, and final test
- Assist in sustaining support for released products
- Research advanced data analytics (AI/ML) for reliability
- Conduct outlier screening for automotive and A&D reliability
