- Highly motivated and able to work under pressure
- Excellent knowledge of German and English, additional language is a plus
Aufgaben
- Conduct commercial and financial analysis of business models
- Perform market analysis to identify and assess investment opportunities
- Create financial models for business planning and valuation assignments
- Assist senior investment professionals with due diligence processes
- Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and legal documents
- Contribute to the entire transaction process from decision to closing
- Monitor portfolio companies and support value creation initiatives
