Anforderungen

• •Several years of experience in security industry, personal protection, or equivalent
• •Several years of direct experience in job description and competencies
• •Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• •Fluency in German and English languages
• •Evidence of continuous professional development

Aufgaben

• •Manage daily operations for the safety of board members and their families
• •Oversee financial and operational compliance programs
• •Identify and analyze key market trends for organizational improvement
• •Execute multiple projects across the organization
• •Facilitate processes and interfaces within and outside of Executive Protection management
• •Drive operational excellence and quality assurance through best practices
• •Coordinate board member engagement and knowledge management
• •Plan and ensure personal protection at various locations and events
• •Recommend and oversee security equipment procurement and installation
• •Conduct pre-travel threat analyses and security assessments
• •Plan safe travel itineraries with emergency rendezvous points
• •Coordinate with local authorities and security services for international travel
• •Ensure transportation safety with appropriate vehicle support
• •Develop safe transfer routes considering traffic and hazards
• •Conduct security checks and advance venue visits
• •Collaborate with event managers and on-site security
• •Identify potential dangers at events with high-profile individuals
• •Implement emergency plans and evacuation strategies
• •Protect board members during meetings and public appearances
• •Monitor personal security discreetly during daily activities
