- Ability to prioritize and execute in high-pressure environments

Aufgaben
- Define and own AI platform architecture for agentic AI workloads and process automation.
- Make architectural decisions balancing leverage, reliability, security, cost, and speed.
- Drive convergence across AI systems for reuse.
- Support custom-built capabilities and external AI platforms.
- Review and approve AI solution architectures with broad impact.
- Establish architectural guardrails for agility and maintainability.
- Guide redesign of enterprise processes for AI and automation.
- Guide redesign of data flows for AI and automation.
- Partner with engineering and business teams.
- Translate process automation goals into technical architecture.
- Identify architectural risks early.
- Lead resolution of complex, cross-team technical issues.
- Ensure platform evolves with AI models, tools, and best practices.
- Enable teams to adopt new AI tools, skills, and architectural patterns.
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI service strategy.
- Innovate and implement new methods and tools for AI services.
- Manage and modernize AI services.
- Practice financial strategy and rigor.
- Plan and analyze budgets carefully.
- Negotiate supplier costs.
- Perform resource planning.
- Support HARMAN’s key business objectives.
- Manage relationships with AI vendors and service providers.
- Participate in contract negotiations and vendor selection.
- Monitor emerging AI technologies and trends.
