In this role, you will craft impactful speeches and engaging content for various audiences while collaborating with designers and internal teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve monitoring communication strategies, analyzing trends, and ensuring that the executive's messages resonate effectively.

Anforderungen

• •Master's degree in communications, political science, economics, or related field
• •5+ years of work experience in communications
• •Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
• •Excellent writing and editing skills in German and English
• •Proven track record of keynote preparation and speechwriting
• •Strong ability to deal competently and professionally with confidential and sensitive topics
• •Experience working with top and senior management

Aufgaben

• •Write speeches and talking points for various audiences
• •Create content and collaborate with an external designer on visuals
• •Plan, write, and execute keynotes for the Executive Board member
• •Deliver briefing documents and talking points for media and analysts
• •Draft scripts for employee communications, including meetings and videos
• •Create and draft social media posts, coordinating with customers and teams
• •Apply innovative techniques to engage with media, analysts, and employees
• •Monitor and analyze communication activities for informed decision-making
• •Ensure efficient and accountable executive communications programs
• •Devise and maintain systems and processes to meet team goals
• •Stay updated on market trends and industry research for content development
• •Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• •Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all communications
