- Degree or ongoing studies in Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or related field
- First practical experience in event, project, or production management
- Strong organizational skills and structured, forward-thinking working style
- Resilience under pressure, flexibility, and hands-on mindset
- Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and confident presence
- Enthusiasm for fashion, events, pop culture, and creative productions
- High self-motivation, curiosity, and openness to innovative projects
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident use of MS Office and Google Workspace
- Willingness to actively support hands-on tasks during fast-paced production phases
Aufgaben
- Support event management from concept to execution
- Gain insights into large-scale fashion and entertainment production
- Work in a dynamic, creative environment with high ownership
- Coordinate between ABOUT YOU teams and external partners
- Prepare and follow up on events, including scheduling and planning
- Manage guest lists, invitations, and travel coordination
- Communicate with creators, VIPs, and agencies
- Plan and execute brand activations and partner integrations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers
- Support cross-functional production and project workflows
