- Experience in change, system, product management, and data analytics
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI

- Ability to structure complex topics and optimize processes
- Effective communication across interdisciplinary teams
- Adaptability, curiosity, and solution-driven mindset
- Collaborative mindset and confidence in multicultural environments
- Fluency in English
- German, Spanish, or Portuguese skills (advantageous)
- Strong intercultural competence
Aufgaben
- Lead global implementation of the osapiens ESG platform
- Onboard users and implement processes across 30 group companies
- Ensure EUDR compliance and supply chain traceability
- Translate regulatory requirements into system specifications
- Develop standardized workflows for sustainability reporting
- Act as the interface between business users and technical support
- Test and adapt new system releases to company requirements
- Maintain high-quality datasets in Excel and Power BI
- Enable reliable reporting through data safeguarding
- Monitor platform adoption and compliance progress
- Create clear management reports on system performance
- Scale the platform for additional sustainability initiatives
