Anforderungen
- Minimum 5 years consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
- Strong understanding of logistics processes and ERP value flows, including integrations and system interfaces
- Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proven experience in ERP implementation or transformation projects
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM
- Deep process knowledge in logistics and supply chain management
- Understanding of ERP system integrations and data/value flows
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English (minimum B2 level)
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Strong customer orientation and consulting mindset
- Ability to work effectively in agile and interdisciplinary teams
Aufgaben
- Lead ERP solution design and implementation
- Advise on logistics processes in ERP transformations
- Collaborate with clients and teams to gather requirements
- Translate business needs into ERP process designs
- Ensure alignment between logistics, finance, and system architecture
- Support project planning, coordination, and delivery
- Contribute to project reporting and progress tracking
- Provide client service and pre-sales support
- Participate in workshops and requirement gathering
- Plan and deliver user training sessions
- Support test strategy definition and execution
- Ensure solution quality through validation and issue resolution
- Document processes, test cases, and training materials
- Work with cross-functional teams on projects
- Contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies
- Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities
- Participate in knowledge sharing and capability development
