Aufgaben

  • Provide expert guidance and operational support for EHS
  • Oversee EHS across offices, field activities, and operations
  • Drive EHS regulatory compliance
  • Drive injury prevention and risk management
  • Ensure adherence to global EHS standards
  • Lead and administer the local ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
  • Support regional ISO 14001 recertifications
  • Contribute to sustainability needs by supporting customer requirements and tenders
  • Ensure EHS regulatory compliance with country legislation
  • Identify EHS impacts and hazards
  • Conduct EHS risk assessments
  • Review and improve EHS control measures
  • Lead management of specific EHS risks
  • Update risk matrices
  • Support emergency preparedness
  • Conduct EHS onboarding for employees and contractors
  • Deliver EHS training to individuals and groups
  • Manage and administer radiation protection equipment
  • Oversee the dosimetry program
  • Report and respond to incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions
  • Support employee initiatives linked to EHS
  • Develop practical, value-added EHS solutions
  • Serve as EHS advisor to Country Leadership
  • Engage with external EHS stakeholders
  • Fulfill reporting requirements for packaging waste, batteries, and WEEE
  • Conduct Management Reviews, Objective Setting, and KPI reporting for ISO 14001
  • Conduct employee awareness activities for ISO 14001
  • Build strong partnerships with local stakeholders
  • Communicate regularly to all employees
  • Ensure continuous improvement in internal and external audits
  • Contribute to the regional EMS with multi-site certification
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand customer sustainability requirements
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to answer customer requests, especially for tenders
