- Work closely with the management and venture development team
- Rotate between departments such as tech, finance, and marketing
- Participate in hands-on projects that excite you
- Learn about entrepreneurship through practical experience
- Receive mentorship from a leadership team member
- Attend exclusive talks from top EU founders
- Engage in a full-day coaching session on fundraising
- Write pitch decks and develop fundraising strategies
- Manage various important projects with multiple stakeholders
- Implement and improve operational processes across the organization
- Analyze trends to support data-driven decision-making
