Aufgaben
- Co-lead first customer conversations with Account Executives.
- Bring outreach context to customer conversations.
- Run the recap and initial pitch.
- Support discovery calls and demos.
- Ensure seamless handover into the sales process.
- Shape market perception of company value.
- Bring voice-of-customer insights to the team.
- Create the pipeline foundation for Sales.
- Execute and improve outbound motion.
- Refine messaging, targeting, and prospecting approaches.
- Build a strong pipeline for the SaaS solution.
- Identify and develop target customers (Automotive, Food, Pharma).
- Build a sales pipeline with opportunities.
- Run structured multi-channel outbound prospecting.
- Utilize email, LinkedIn, and targeted cold calling.
- Generate qualified discovery meetings.
- Conduct high-quality, personalized outreach.
- Base outreach on strong research and clear messaging.
- Represent SPARETECH at industry events and trade fairs.
- Engage prospects at events.
- Convert conversations into qualified discovery meetings.
- Continuously improve internal processes and outreach quality.
- Leverage data, automation, and modern sales tooling.
- Work with a modern GTM tech stack.
- Utilize HubSpot, Salesforce, enrichment, automation, and AI.
- Iterate fast and adapt processes quickly.
