- Establish the company's market presence in Switzerland
- Present translation services to Swiss clients
- Act as a product ambassador and customer expert
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries
- Qualify and convert incoming business leads
- Manage the full-cycle sales process
- Shape the regional go-to-market strategy
- Meet monthly activity and revenue goals
- Build a new business pipeline from scratch
- Pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Manage inbound prospects from qualification to close
- Forecast and track opportunity and customer details
- Collaborate with international SDR and Marketing teams
- Provide market insights to inform expansion strategies
