- Understanding of data and analytical engineering principles
- Hands-on experience with data engineering lifecycle, architecture, and system design
- Deep-dive, metrics-driven problem-solving approach
- Ability to navigate complex legacy logic
- Adeptness at building credibility across diverse teams
- Ability to balance technical excellence with business needs
Aufgaben
- Build and lead a new multidisciplinary squad
- Partner closely with a Senior Product Manager
- Map and assess attribution and commission models
- Unify models into a global product structure
- Collaborate with Data Engineering
- Migrate key logic from dbt/Snowflake
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs
- Align technical direction with business strategy
- Maintain consistent definitions for attribution, commissions, and reporting
- Establish rigorous testing, monitoring, and audit capabilities
- Implement multi-touch attribution and MMM
- Collaborate with the MarTech team
- Quantify incremental impact across all channels
- Manage multiple competing priorities
- Provide hands-on technical and people leadership
