- Own hiring and promotions
- Provide honest feedback and coaching
- Invest in team productivity through better tools and processes
- Drive predictable delivery by partnering with Product and Design
- Communicate proactively about priorities, risks, and constraints
- Encourage healthy debate and facilitate decision-making
