Aufgaben
- Lead a cross-hub Discovery team across Berlin and Paris
- Execute the Discovery roadmap end-to-end
- Deliver high-quality, scalable Discovery features
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, Merchandising, and Data partners
- Align business priorities with user value and technical feasibility
- Integrate search ranking and personalization algorithms into the user experience
- Guide backend engineers in applying Machine Learning Engineering practices
- Deploy and scale ML models in production
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional squad of 6+ engineers
- Conduct impactful 1:1s and tailored coaching sessions
- Create and drive clear career development plans
- Foster a unified, autonomous, and product-oriented team culture
- Contribute to technical discussions and system design
- Lead architectural decisions for the Discovery platform
- Champion automation, code quality, and observability
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
