Aufgaben
- Lead and grow a high-performing cross-functional team
- Own data processing frameworks and scalable data platform capabilities
- Manage cloud infrastructure, cost, and observability
- Develop platform security concepts, tenant configuration, and device management
- Implement process automation, CI/CD pipelines, and developer enablement
- Set clear priorities and align technical strategy with company goals
- Assess technical designs and understand implementation risks
- Guide engineers towards pragmatic solutions
- Contribute directly to the codebase or technical delivery
- Act as a communication bridge between Engineering, Product, Revenue, Operations, and leadership
- Foster collaboration, growth, and development within the team
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings for coaching and career development
- Manage performance reviews and pay adjustments
- Support hiring, onboarding, feedback, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Own the architecture and technical strategy for the Data and Cloud Platform
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align with the product roadmap
- Translate company and technical goals into actionable plans
- Treat the platform as a product, understanding internal users
- Prioritize high-leverage improvements and balance key factors
- Communicate technical decisions, trade-offs, risks, and delivery constraints
- Manage the annual team budget for staff and operational expenses
- Control and optimize costs in pre-production and production environments
