- Oversee compensation and coaching for team members
- Ensure engineers are healthy and growing in skills
- Maintain quality and reliability of iOS and Android platforms
- Define and uphold platform standards and best practices
- Collaborate with Mobile Staff Engineers on technical strategy
- Drive architectural evolution and core improvements
- Support long-term engineering initiatives across multiple scopes
- Manage the release pipeline for the platform
- Work with QAs to integrate and test feature branches
- Define and improve platform technical and operational KPIs
