Aufgaben
- Lead the engineering team building compensation and savings features
- Set technical direction and run 1:1s with engineers
- Promote effective use of AI tools in coding and workflows
- Develop engineers' instincts for AI and human judgment
- Build clear and accessible product experiences for complex compensation
- Expand into new compensation types and build related models
- Build relationships with direct reports and understand compensation domain
- Review PRs and understand product compensation logic
- Meet with PD leadership: CTO, Head of Engineering, Head of Product, and other EMs
- Understand team domain's intersection with the platform
- Own team's delivery rhythm: roadmap reviews, sprint health, and unblocking engineers
- Address complex and fragile areas of the domain
- Establish regular 1:1s and meaningful coaching conversations
- Partner with PM and Design on expanding compensation coverage
- Serve as technical leader for compensation and savings features
- Deliver measurable improvements to product quality and employee experience
- Lead performance reviews and career development conversations
- Partner with product and engineering leadership on compensation strategy
- Walk through a significant architecture contribution
- Conduct a mock coaching conversation with an engineer
