- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to site strategy development and implementation
- Drive continuous improvements in products and processes
- Deliver engineering outputs on time and to quality standards
- Monitor and report on site engineering activities
- Lead local engineering organization
- Coordinate with Development Center and other engineering teams
- Ensure engineering tender commitments and performance
- Optimize site engineering workload and resource allocation
- Adhere to Ethics and Compliance standards
- Implement and improve EHS practices
- Manage people and resources within engineering
- Ensure compliance with engineering processes and tools
- Monitor and communicate engineering KPIs
