Aufgaben
- Create, review, and manage purchase orders
- Handle repair and complaint orders
- Manage budget, service, and maintenance contracts
- Check incoming contracts for delivery and payment terms
- Verify sanctions and embargoes in contracts
- Prepare standard spare parts quotations
- Clarify customer inquiries about delivery dates and spare parts availability
- Handle invoice changes and other customer requests
- Clarify delivery formalities for hazardous materials
- Choose forwarding agents and calculate packaging and delivery costs
- Prepare and handle customs formalities for EU and third countries
- Archive necessary documents and customer correspondence
- Prepare customer outgoing invoices after delivery
- Check open orders for delays
- Follow up on order reminders
