Aufgaben
- Oversee regulatory compliance and affairs across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa
- Act as the primary expert on EU frameworks
- Drive product compliance strategies aligned with business growth
- Manage regulatory portfolios and provide operational oversight
- Oversee certifications, audits, and committee representation
- Ensure product market access and support sales growth
- Manage and execute regulatory strategies, including submissions and approvals
- Maintain regulatory portfolios across European markets
- Serve as internal subject matter expert on EU regulatory frameworks and legislative changes
- Lead transition and preparation for emerging environmental and sustainability requirements
- Provide technical regulatory guidance for international markets
- Review papers to support international markets
- Represent the company in industry committees and regulatory bodies
- Align internal strategies with industry standards based on committee work
- Support national representatives with industry standards alignment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, and Legal
- Maintain comprehensive compliance documentation
- Execute service initiatives
- Manage the full audit lifecycle for third-party certifiers
- Coordinate site visits for facilities in the US, Europe, and Asia
- Ensure readiness for CE, ECE/UN104, NF, and TPESC-B certifications
- Oversee operational compliance activities
- Manage ink specifications for TJ printers
- Address out-of-spec issues with external laboratories
- Update local test reports
- Maintain active compliance for specific regional requirements
- Manage annual SASO 2913 certifications for Saudi Arabia
- Track triennial Calcoast certificates
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to drive growth
- Identify unmet customer needs
- Develop technical solutions to meet sales targets
- Support the sales force with technical expertise
- Analyze regulatory impacts
- Develop strategies to maximize sales of new and existing products
- Develop and present insights on market trends to internal sales teams
- Capitalize on regulatory shifts
