Growing sales for chemicals, hydrocolloids, engineered wood, and natural resources in India, Middle East, and Africa. 10+ years B2B sales experience in European chemical or related industries required. Collaboration with customers and distribution partners in the Surface & Adhesives market.
Anforderungen
- Degree in Business, Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Proven account management expertise
- Professional experience in European chemical, coatings, adhesives, polymers, or mineral-based industries
- Minimum 10 years B2B sales or technical service experience in relevant European industries
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Good command of German
- Additional languages are an advantage
- Self-motivated sales professional
- Team-oriented sales professional
- Strong business acumen

- Ability to seize commercial opportunities
- Proficiency in MS Office

Aufgaben
- Develop and grow sales to global key accounts
- Expand sales to existing and new customers in India, Middle East, and Africa
- Build long-term relationships with customers and distribution partners
- Collaborate with customers and partners in the Surface & Adhesives market
- Contribute to sustainable revenue growth and profitability
- Strengthen Huber / Martinswerk brands in the market
- Initiate and drive new business development
- Expand sales and margin for existing and new product applications
- Manage global key accounts across Europe
- Coordinate activities with large, internationally active customers
- Provide commercial and strategic support to customers and distributors
- Leverage full product portfolio and application capabilities
- Build strong partnerships with existing distributors in export markets
- Support distributors in maximizing profitable sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Understand and meet customer needs
- Sell Huber solutions across multiple functions
- Drive growth in sales volume and gross margin
- Ensure effective value-based pricing
- Maintain deep understanding of market dynamics, competition, and trends
- Collaborate with Technical Support, R&D, and Marketing
- Support product launches
- Communicate and update sales team on opportunities and account developments
- Perform standard sales responsibilities
- Forecast sales
- Update CRM
- Prepare call reports
- Develop account plans
