- Completed apprenticeship as Electronics Technician for Plant Technology, Electronics Technician for Automation Technology, Mechatronics Technician, or comparable vocational training

- Monitor, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on production facilities
- Locate, diagnose, and eliminate faults using process control systems
- Troubleshoot programmable logic controllers
- Diagnose actuators, sensors, and instrumentation in facilities
- Perform and document quality-relevant calibrations
- Ensure facility readiness before repair or maintenance work
- Support the commissioning of new production facilities
- Execute minor technical modifications to facilities
- Independently process work orders in the ERP system (SAP-PM)
