As an Electrical Wire Harness Engineer, you will design and develop avionics harnesses while collaborating with various teams. Your role involves creating schematics, conducting tests, and ensuring compliance, all aimed at advancing space technology.

Aufgaben

• •Develop electro-mechanical designs for multi-branch avionics harness in 2D and 3D
• •Collaborate with cross-disciplinary stakeholders to gather design objectives and requirements
• •Create and release electrical schematics for flight and ground test designs on schedule
• •Specify and select connectors, backshells, wires, cable jackets, and termination methods
• •Conduct analysis and physical testing of harnessing systems for performance evaluation
• •Generate and manage BOMs, wire run lists, wiring diagrams, and installation drawings
• •Work with integration teams to validate harness fit, routing, and installation
• •Support functional testing and troubleshooting during vehicle integration and flight readiness
• •Perform R&D investigations and trade studies for mass and cost savings in wire harness design
• •Take ownership of flight-quality documentation and interface compliance
