- Collaborate on projects from initiation to handover
- Plan projects with internal office leasing consultants
- Prepare tender documents for construction services
- Assist in negotiating and awarding planning services
- Represent clients during key project phases
- Coordinate internal and external planning teams
- Manage project teams through to user handover
- Implement innovative architectural and workplace concepts
- Establish contacts with investors, owners, and users
