- •Develop and monitor corrective safety measures

- •Promote a proactive preventive safety culture
- •Monitor and report on EHS performance
- •Conduct internal audits to identify risks
- •Initiate countermeasures for audit deviations
- •Coordinate company-specific and legal reviews
- •Maintain the central EHS SharePoint system
- •Ensure compliance with legal EHS regulations
- •Serve as the DGUV Regulation 2 specialist
- •Select and maintain personal protective equipment
- •Assess working conditions and workplace design
- •Inspect technical equipment prior to commissioning
- •Perform regular safety inspections and training
- •Chair regular occupational safety committee meetings
