  • Ability to analyze data and conclusions

  • Implementation of corrective and remedial measures

  • Knowledge of safety and damage control
  • Conducting safety and environmental workshops
  • Efficient leadership and management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Analytical problem solving and decision making
  • Focus on results and continuous improvement
  • Experience in setting and measuring goals
  • Confident written and spoken English
  • Confident use of MS Office 365

  • Develop and manage safety programs
  • Investigate workplace accidents and near misses
  • Develop and monitor corrective safety measures
  • Improve sustainability regarding waste and emissions
  • Reduce energy consumption and environmental impact
  • Promote a proactive preventive safety culture
  • Monitor and report on EHS performance
  • Conduct internal audits to identify risks
  • Initiate countermeasures for audit deviations
  • Coordinate company-specific and legal reviews
  • Maintain the central EHS SharePoint system
  • Ensure compliance with legal EHS regulations
  • Serve as the DGUV Regulation 2 specialist
  • Select and maintain personal protective equipment
  • Assess working conditions and workplace design
  • Inspect technical equipment prior to commissioning
  • Perform regular safety inspections and training
  • Chair regular occupational safety committee meetings

Ausbildung

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
