• •Technical degree in engineering or related
• •Professional experience in technical EHS environment
• •Certified Occupational Safety Specialist qualification
• •Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
• •Experience in LOTO and machine safety
• •Analytical mindset and hands-on mentality
• •Strong communication and teamwork skills
• •Good German and English skills

Aufgaben

• •Implement complex safety and environmental tasks
• •Inspect workplaces and machinery for compliance
• •Advise employees on ergonomic workplace design
• •Support and document detailed risk assessments
• •Coordinate safety measures with stakeholders
• •Initiate improvements for existing safety equipment
• •Inform departments about applicable safety regulations
• •Maintain documentation on updated procedures
• •Analyze root causes of workplace accidents
• •Select and test personal protective equipment
• •Conduct regular site and workplace inspections
• •Create and deliver EHS training sessions
• •Develop new safety and environmental systems
• •Design hazard protection for new equipment
• •Monitor compliance with safety regulations
• •Develop site-specific Lockout/Tagout programs
• •Oversee LOTO procedures during maintenance
• •Evaluate and approve technical LOTO systems
• •Maintain ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001 systems
• •Perform internal audits for management systems
