Aufgaben
- Provide supply chain and logistical advice to leadership team
- Set short-term strategic direction and operating plans
- Determine directions, priorities, and resource allocation
- Assign resources with full accountability for results
- Establish and manage budgets for multiple departments
- Implement action plans to maintain inventory and supply levels
- Participate in cross-functional discussions for strategic initiatives
- Assemble and communicate operational business plans and results
- Leverage internal and external expertise to drive business opportunities
- Establish governance frameworks for 3PL performance
- Ensure robust processes and metrics are met
- Drive innovation in EDC operations, focusing on warehouse layout, VAS, sustainability, and end-to-end processes
- Design and implement future-state EDC capabilities
- Represent logistics in company-wide sessions
- Align logistics priorities with company objectives
- Advise senior team on DC synergy and best practices
- Build and develop a motivated EDC team
- Inspire a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Define clear roles and career development paths
- Monitor and ensure KPI achievement
- Evaluate performance of 3PL services and outsourced providers
- Optimize costs and improve services through data-driven decisions
