As an eCom LOG Operations Working Student, you will play a key role in optimizing supply chain processes, from monitoring fulfillment KPIs to supporting communication with customers and suppliers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating performance reports and assisting with logistical inquiries to ensure smooth operations throughout.

Anforderungen

  • •Enrollment in university program in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field
  • •Affinity for and basic experience in logistics, preferably in e-commerce
  • •Affinity for and basic experience in project management and stakeholder management
  • •Effective communication skills, high resilience, and proactive, solution-oriented attitude
  • •Ability to prioritize and deliver on a high number of tasks with varying workloads
  • •Creativity and attention to detail
  • •Fluency in English; knowledge of German is beneficial

Aufgaben

  • •Monitor daily customer order and return fulfillment KPIs
  • •Support continuous improvement initiatives with 3PL warehouse operations
  • •Assist in supervising the 3PL cost budget in specific business areas
  • •Create performance reports on operational processes and KPIs
  • •Facilitate communication with customer representatives and external service providers
  • •Evaluate inbound supplier delivery compliance and Value Added Services for deviations
  • •Monitor inbound claims related to data transfer issues and coordinate with the Tech department
  • •Assist the Transport Manager with logistical questions about click & collect deliveries and returns
