- Fluent English
- Basic German or learning German
- EU resident or valid working permit for Vienna
- Available to start mid-May/early June
Aufgaben
- Ensure smooth operations at Zoku
- Coach and train the operational team
- Support the team in maintaining high service standards
- Guide and align the team with goals and KPIs
- Manage team schedules and projects
- Troubleshoot and mediate conflicts
- Handle safety and security procedures
- Actively assist the Sidekicks on the floor
- Address special reservation requests
- Manage guest complaints
- Handle administrative tasks
- Oversee daily operations across departments
- Handle reservations and payments
- Place orders
- Supervise M&E operations
- Manage special events
- Maintain focus on operational needs
