Anforderungen
- University degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or similar
- Several years of professional aviation engineering experience
- Extensive experience in aircraft structures development and F&DT analysis (metallic and composite)
- Technical approval delegation according to Airbus M1020 or experience to obtain it quickly
- Proficiency in analytical calculation methods and deep knowledge of numerical calculations
- Solid knowledge of programming languages and data analytics for process automation
- Strong collaboration skills, team management ability, growth mindset, curiosity, and adaptability
- Negotiation-level fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity
Aufgaben
- Contribute to structural integrity and safety of aircraft
- Handle calculations and technical approvals
- Support digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with design, production, and subcontracting partners
- Create and technically approve analysis models, F&DT calculations, reports, and studies
- Check and approve analysis data and documentation
- Provide stress approval of drawing sets and technical documentation
- Ensure adherence to airworthiness regulations and design principles
- Technically monitor, guide, and support subcontracting firms
- Validate design inputs for manufacturing drawings
- Collaborate with design, project, manufacturing, production, and customer support teams
- Define, interpret, and validate structural tests for aircraft certification
- Create, monitor, and report on project plans and performance metrics
- Implement automation, simplify tools, and redesign processes for digital transformation
