- •10+ years of experience in performance marketing roles
- •3+ years experience in non-performance marketing functions
- •5+ years in management or leadership roles
- •Proven track record of delivering significant growth in customer acquisition and ROAS
- •Rock-solid understanding of the performance marketing mix
- •Strong understanding of marketing attribution models
- •Strong ownership and accountability for campaign performance
- •High degree of comfort modeling complex business problems
- •Experience leading projects across global, regional, and local teams
- •Excellent leadership skills
- •Comfort building collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- •Excellent communication skills with C-level executives
- •Willingness to contribute to a positive work environment

- •Set direction for customer acquisition and winback strategies
- •Focus on metrics like Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), ROAS, and Incrementality
- •Influence the Delivery Hero group’s performance marketing vision
- •Collaborate with product and data leaders in data science and martech engineering
- •Identify opportunities for automation to enhance marketing processes
- •Lead and develop a high-performing team in performance marketing channels
- •Coach individual contributors and managers to strengthen a performance-driven culture
- •Translate global performance marketing efficiencies into market-specific strategies
- •Oversee campaign execution for each market and performance marketing channel
- •Elevate the effectiveness of the marketing budget for user acquisition
- •Collaborate with internal partners like brand, design, and marketing analytics
- •Work with global and regional growth leaders for scalable results
- •Own the test, learn, and feedback loop with communications and design teams
