Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Hands-on experience in automotive software testing
• Experience with embedded systems and infotainment software
• Experience working with major OEMs in a managerial capacity
• Ability to oversee testing projects and deliver results on schedule and within budget
• Deep understanding of the product development process in testing and validation
• Experience in test specification and execution at HiL and restbust simulation
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in German and English languages
• Proficiency in industry-standard testing tools and methodologies
• Experience with the VW tool chain and processes
• Strategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement

• Manage a team of testing engineers
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
• Ensure optimal performance and professional growth in testing and validation
• Collaborate with major OEMs to understand testing requirements
• Deliver high-quality solutions that exceed expectations
• Drive process improvement initiatives for testing methodologies
• Enhance efficiency, reliability, and effectiveness of testing processes
• Plan and coordinate cooperation with onshore, nearshore, and offshore partners
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers on new projects
• Address inquiries and resolve issues for customer satisfaction
• Foster strong relationships to drive customer loyalty
