- •Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred
- •10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management
- •Proven success in designing and scaling talent strategies
- •Expertise in performance management, leadership development, executive coaching, and HiPo strategy
- •Strong fluency in talent analytics, digital learning platforms, and agile methodologies
- •Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
- •Strategic thinker with ability to connect talent management initiatives to business outcomes
- •Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and influence
- •Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving enterprise-wide change
- •Experience in global or matrixed organizations
- •Familiarity with agile methodologies, digital learning platforms, and talent analytics tools
