Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred
  • •10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management
  • •Proven success in designing and scaling talent strategies
  • •Expertise in performance management, leadership development, executive coaching, and HiPo strategy
  • •Strong fluency in talent analytics, digital learning platforms, and agile methodologies
  • •Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
  • •Strategic thinker with ability to connect talent management initiatives to business outcomes
  • •Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and influence
  • •Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving enterprise-wide change
  • •Experience in global or matrixed organizations
  • •Familiarity with agile methodologies, digital learning platforms, and talent analytics tools
