- 10+ years IT leadership experience, 5+ years senior leadership
- Experience building, scaling, or transforming IT function
- Experience developing IT strategies and operating models
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, governance
- Experience supporting FDA-regulated environments, 21 CFR Part 11, CSV
- Experience managing IT operations across geographies
- Experience leading technology transformation, system implementations
- Experience supporting commercial launch, business growth preferred
- Strong vendor management, budgeting, project leadership skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, Azure preferred
- Experience with AI governance, digital transformation preferred
Aufgaben
- Lead US IT strategy development and execution
- Manage US IT operations for reliability and security
- Align cybersecurity and risk management with global strategy
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Govern and optimize enterprise applications and business systems
- Lead ERP implementation and optimization
- Partner with business leaders for IT support and enablement
- Establish and maintain IT policies and governance
- Manage external IT vendors and partnerships
- Develop and manage the global IT budget
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies
- Lead AI governance and data protection
- Support internal audits and public-company readiness
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business functions
- Prioritize US IT budget with ROI focus
