Aufgaben
- Lead client-facing teams and diverse projects
- Oversee Turnaround management, Restructuring & Transformation
- Assist under-performing companies and those in crisis
- Lead teams and workstreams to stabilize client performance
- Understand client position and prospects
- Conduct diagnostic assessment of business and market issues
- Perform liquidity forecasting
- Assess business plans and financial projections
- Identify risks and opportunities
- Identify alternative solutions for businesses and stakeholders
- Guide clients through processes
- Manage working capital improvement
- Prepare for possible bankruptcy
- Conduct liquidation analysis
- Negotiate credit agreements
- Create and implement restructuring plans
- Develop integrated financial models
- Build 13-week cash flow forecasting tools
- Negotiate with stakeholders for restructuring support
- Build and maintain network across Private Equity and Corporates
- Identify opportunities to assist clients
- Deliver tailored solutions
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues
- Contribute to professional growth of junior colleagues
