- Directly manage Process Team Leaders
- Oversee and develop teams in vaccine production
- Collaborate with site leadership and cross-functional departments
- Co-shape and execute the overall production strategy
- Initiate and implement improvement projects for operational excellence
- Focus on digitalization and innovation in production processes
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards and regulatory requirements
- Plan capacity and resources effectively
- Analyze and optimize key process indicators like productivity and quality
- Review and approve batch documentation
- Maintain responsibility for manufacturing instructions and SOPs
- Promote a high-performance corporate culture
- Advance leadership capabilities of Process Team Leaders
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
