Aufgaben
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers
- Provide regular feedback and support career development
- Own the product direction for optimization areas
- Integrate AI and platform capabilities into product strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Work with Engineering and Design leadership to define strategy
- Align priorities and drive execution across complex products
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback
- Refine the product vision based on research and feedback
- Champion best practices in product management
- Drive clarity across multiple workstreams
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term strategy
- Define scope and success criteria for initiatives
- Support Product Managers in making high-impact decisions
- Foster a culture of sharing user insights and learnings
