Anforderungen

- 8-12+ years in technology-led transformation, adoption, or change programs
- Proven enterprise-scale adoption experience
- Experience in global and regulated environments (strong advantage)
- Strong understanding of M365 ecosystem and Copilot capabilities
- Strong understanding of Power Platform
- Strong understanding of citizen development and low-code/no-code operating models
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
- Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity
- Familiarity with Responsible AI principles
- Strong influencing skills without direct authority
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and facilitation capabilities
- Comfortable operating across strategy, execution, and change
- User-centric, pragmatic, and outcome-driven mindset
Aufgaben
- Accelerate enterprise-wide productivity and innovation
- Enable responsible use of personal productivity tools
- Define and own enablement strategy for personal productivity
- Define and own enablement strategy for low-code/no-code platforms
- Define and own enablement strategy for citizen automation
- Translate digital workforce and DADAI strategy into actionable roadmaps
- Identify priority personas and use cases
- Partner with IT, Security, Legal, Privacy, and Risk
- Define clear guardrails for citizen development and AI usage
- Ensure alignment with Teva’s Responsible AI framework
- Enable safe and confident employee innovation
- Clarify self-service vs. escalation requirements
- Align with Digital Data & AI Capability within DADAI
- Ensure AI-assisted productivity initiatives meet standards
- Translate AI capabilities into practical use cases
- Collaborate with Digital Workforce and Product Teams
- Convert product roadmaps into enablement and adoption plans
- Establish feedback loops for product evolution
- Support global rollout and scaling of initiatives
- Act as enablement and adoption counterpart to product ownership
- Build and nurture communities of practice
- Promote reuse and success stories
- Serve as a change leader and storyteller
- Advise business teams on democratized tools
- Define and track success metrics
- Monitor adoption and active usage
- Measure productivity and time-saved indicators
- Track business value enabled by citizen solutions
- Continuously improve enablement based on insights
