- Lead the digital backbone for Cloud Kitchens
- Oversee the digital ecosystem for Cloud Kitchens
- Lead teams building tools for sales, operations, and partners
- Own strategy and execution for CRM, Operations, and Vendor products
- Collaborate with engineering, data, commercial, and regional teams
- Ensure local team flexibility while maintaining global consistency
- Act as a Strategic Integrator for the tech stack
- Collaborate with Delivery Hero Product & Tech community
- Align GFS tools with group's global infrastructure
- Unlock new opportunities and improve efficiency
- Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap execution
- Drive growth and profitability for cloud kitchens products
- Liaise between GFS Product/Tech hub and regional business heads
- Translate operational pains into a technical roadmap
- Communicate product vision and technical trade-offs to senior leadership
- Provide clear 'Whys' to engineering and product squads
- Co-own tech-driven growth of topline KPIs
- Manage a high-caliber team
- Foster a culture of Servant Leadership
- Develop next-generation Product and Tech leaders
- Coach and build high-performing teams
- Lead integration of GFS Product & Tech stack into global infrastructure
